I thought I read somewhere in an earlier thread that the cams in the 99 to 02 trucks were slightly larger than the 2003 to when ever trucks. I thought the thread was written by Allen? Anyone? And I think it also made the 2003 and up0 trucks run better.
Nope. I know for the fact the 1999 cam is much smaller. The 99 5.3L were only rated at like 270 flywheel horsepower.Quote:
