LQ9's came with the same coils as some 4.8's. There are many different OEM coils and they span different years and different engine sizes.

does the truck coils put out as much as the msd so the 6.0 lq9 is the best any certian year or just any 6.0 truck

MSD are for the bling

6 litre ones are what most crave but honestly youre not going to see much difference if any

Only needed if you're having spark blow out problems under boost
LS1 coil packs have this problem a lot supposedly - but only with like 1000hp set-ups too


You want the 6.0L escalade coils with the heat sink on top.
