i used a 3 tooth gear puller to remove the stocker and a longer bolt to install with washers and the removed bolt and used a new one for the finish torque
....and to think how many people from this site I've found a missing crank bolt ('cause it fell out) or one that wasn't tight....after a cam swap or somesuch.
There are three steps to make sure it's seated before you do the three step torque procedure on the bolt.
i just used a crank bolt from z06 since its about an inch longer, then once it was seated used the old bolt to push the pully on all the way on. then with the new bolt just torque down.
You can go to fastenal and get a piece of all thread and a couple nuts to make your own tool.
They dont have that type of thread type there.
They have metric and I know some others have gotten it there. My mistake if they don't.
