In 06, the Tundras had a 4.7L V8 that was rated at 271 hp. Tundras NEVER had a motor that was of 4.6L in displacement. It (the 4.7L) breathed good up top, but not as quick as yours. Go ahead and embarrass him. :greg:

my bad yea 4.7...just got back from shutting him up pretty good...got him by about a truck and a half...he said his tranny was slipping real bad and had to let off...excuses excuses

That guy deserved what he got. Those 4.7s cant compete with a 5.3. You could have taken him stock.
Toyota got rid of their 4.7 and now use a 4.6. i think they started 09 with that.
