I'm with you on that note. Just saying its something to deal with when the time comes. I know if I had a little boy I'd have to keep a damn eye on him all the time for fear of him falling in that thing. 60 acres is big, but not huge. A kid could get away from you in a heartbeat. But listen to me, a 19 year old kid, talking about my kids safety when they aren't even in the cards yet lol. Just throwing some drawbacks out there just in case.
I'd consider it a plus...it does kids good to be raised in areas like that, taught to enjoy the land, and to respect it.
Kids are great for clearing land, give them a box of matches and go to town. When you come home, land cleared.
I'd trade my truck for a pad like that. Here in Georgia That 60 acres would be a minimum of $600,000.00 bucks.
looks good to me man but how much of the land is accesable by truck???or how much of the land has road frontage?? and would you have to clear and build your own road?? if you can only get to one half of it due to the creek how to you get to the other side??? besides walking or atv
That's the beauty of acreage. You can go out and walk and enjoy it. Or get a horse and ride it. Or an ATV. No need for it to be vehicle accessible in its entirety. Build a bridge or two over the creek.
