Welcome! A tune is ALWAYS a good mod. The mail order tune will be good for ya. There is nothing bad about it--you tell them what you want, they mail you a PCM, and you mail your stock one back.

TM can be removed, but put a Vette servo in the tranny. They are cheap and easy, like Garrisson's mom. :laugh:

If you want a better shifting tranny--get a HD-2 shift kit from Trans-go...

get a Nelson tune you will def. be happy with it.

that's my buddy's LQ4 we are swapping it into his RX7 with a 02' ZO6 cam, and a good tune haha (2700 lbs car ;) I kept bugging him about throwing it in the truck but he wasn't buying it haha

Also His friend has HP tuners and a turbocharged LT1 camaro (LS1 coils) so I might try having him tune it for free...
