5.4L regular cabs run around... And tuning on a Ford motor is tough--prolly nothing big.
Since you are talking about Charlie Wheatley, I am guessing you are in Houston...

I remember a v6 rcsb ford tried to race me a while ago. I gave him about 6 seconds then punched it and flew past him. It made me feel fast.
