Install 3/8” NPT to 1/8” NPT plastic reducer bushing using GOOP sealant
on threads. Tighten 2-3 turns past finger tight. Install 1/8” NPT elbow
fitting into bushing using GOOP sealant on threads. Tighten 2-3 turns
past finger tight. Mount pump so the pump inlet is positioned at the
lowest point of the reservoir or lower. Pump can be mounted horizontally
or vertically using (4) supplied #8x1½” screws and washers.
so in other words your spraying windshield washer fluid into the intake tube?
Sort of...WW fluid that's rated for anything less than 32 degree weather has some methanol in it and the lower the temp the more meth it has in it. I think I read somewhere that 0 degree meth has roughly 30% meth. The problem is it can be somewhat inconsistent and you might be better off making your own mix so you know exactly how much meth you have.
Reducing of IAT's and additional fuel are the most common things meth is used for. I have heard that it can cause damage to a supercharger by corrosion but will have to defer to other guys for that one.
For mounting the pump low when using the WW tank I tapped the bottom of the tank, mounted the pump to the front skid plate/spash guard and ran the line up to the intake tube. This worked really well and put the pump lower than the tank so it was always primed.
