Thanx guyz, I think I'm just going to order the 4.10's from summit. Will I have to get an installation kit to go with the gears or will my stock stuff be fine? Truck only has 25,000 miles if that helps with answering the ?

Always buy the kit! I think its called the GM master install kit? I believe you have to when doing a gear swap! Unless your like me and know someone who wants to swap axles :LOL:

Are you gonna keep the grenade or buy an LSD or trutrac or something?
