...and we still don't know for sure.
Dang it.
I've read a few threds on silveradoss.com of people running pacesetters LT's just wondering if anyone on here has had any luck with them an a AWD truck.
I Want To Know The Same Thing.
Lol
On their web site it shows that they will fit 4wd and awd avalanches and ss's
I have the OBX. I put them on (they slide in so easy from bottom on both sides) unfortunately my passenger primary bangs up against my frame when they heat up. It's about 1/8" daylight between them and the frame when cold. So I took them off. Also I didn't think the smell would be so potent without cats. So now I'm looking for the catted dynatech's. But the quality on these OBX's are outstanding, they are very heavy and thick. I also don't like the hump on the drivers side burning up my wire and a real pain in the ass to get to the last 2 spark plugs and header bolt.s
Exactly.
They are the same.
I wrestled with the OBX headers a few times. They are a quality product...but V is right about the design--had issues with installing spark plugs and have to use boots--but you can do it. Pacesetters won't work..unless you heat them up and bend them out of the way...more hassle than it's worth.
what about shorty headers are they worth putting on, will they make any difference in sound or performance?
