Put the front two jackstands on the frame by the trans x-member, put the rear jackstands on the rear axle so that the suspension is loaded(as if it were on the ground.) Get someone you trust to listen well AND not over rev the motor since its not loaded up with weight it will rev very easily. Lie on the ground beside the truck and look under it to see what is vibrating...any other way and you ARE GUESSING.
Like Greg said, unless you got it balanced before you put it in you may assume that it is NOT balanced. :D Just the facts there.
Is the angle of driveshaft to transmission = driveshaft to rear end?
That is one piece driveshaft, correct?
Does your ass vibrate??(haha, as in the rear of the truck?)
You will know once you look under it......point the truck at a sand dune or stack of paper incase it falls off the jackstands and careens to its demise. Nah, you'll be ok.:burnrub:
