Thanks RedHeartbeat, I am seriously contemplating this.

IMO, I wouldnt be as concerned about tube gauge as flange and weld quality.

Usually the biggest complaint about cheap headers is leakage. This could be due to improper installation but we can speculate poor flanges arent helping.

A nice coating never hurt anything. :D
