U0107 is a Class2 communication DTC. P0107 is an engine diagnostic DTC. Are you sure that U0107 is causing any issues?
Ooops, I see now that although it is a communication issue (like almost all U codes are), it's related to the TACM and the PCM. The TACM is not Class2 but does rely on the PCM to TACM circuits for information sharing. Most TACM communication problems can be traced to a bad (or even weak) battery. The second most common cause is bad grounds. Check G102 and G103...each is a ground on the back of the engine, one behind each head.
There's a crap load of other TAC DTC's but they're more obvious because instead of dealing with the TACM to PCM communications, they deal with easier to diagnose components like TAC actuator motor and circuits, TPS, APP sensors, etc.
Load test the battery and check the grounds.
