Ok, that cluster uses a 2000K pulse and the LS1 4L60E uses a 4000K Pulse. You'll either have to install a dual reluctor ring on the tranny tailshaft like S&P sells for $500.00 or use a Dakota Digital Signal interface with 2000k pulse like this.
Universal Speedometer Signal Interface
I did it on my buddy's 89 model when we put the LT1 in it. It's been so long ago that I can't remember how we did it though. It can be done.

Is the 80ea 4k pulse output also. When I ordered my tune I told them I need the speedo output to be for my stock gauges
Man I sure would like to know how ya'll did it!:hyper2:
I was thinking about doing something like this:

The thing is I don't know if soldering extra wires onto the original VSS wires will foul up the signal or not.
The LS1 or truck PCM doesn't put out 2000k so you'll either have to use the DD interface, install dual reluctor rings or mod the PCM which I think there's a DIY forum on Thirdgen.
wtfan18, did the 4000k pulse wire fix your problem?
If you left the wiring to the neutral safety switch like it was originally with the Vortec harness I guarantee the PRND will workon the cluster. I'll see what I can do for you.
