honestly if webssite owners/operators were more willing to share information we could make it near impossible for someone to ever scam anyone again. BUT no one cares til it happens to them, so i doubt anyone will give a crap enough to help everyone out. if i could get a list of IP's for scammers we could eliminate those ip's for good, not just by screenname...
Stealing money from people is f'd up. I keep the address of everybody I buy stuff from until I get it. That way I know where they live if my stuff don't come and they stop communicating with me so I'll know where to go to knock some teeth out and get my money back.
I pay with paypal via my credit card so if paypal does not get my money back Visa Damn sure will.
Then I don't go to jail for beating the **** out of a thief.

Its actually much easier to change your IP address than it is to create a new screen name. The IP change is instant, you have many steps in creating a new screen name including confirmation emails being sent to new email addresses not linked to your banned screen name.
i know with mine all i have to do is reset my at&t box and it gives me a fresh ip.
anyway i still think we need a section about who to watch out for, with names addresses phone #'s and ids they have used. and what they did.
