You know where the pipes are going to pass through, add a custom notch to the floorpan/firewall/cab to accomodate the headers. The only tight side will be the passenger side where its the tightest.

now you said 88-2000 with the vortec 350 but what about us v6 swappers. i have converted my engine mounts to the vortec 350 mounts and will use the 350 engine cups with the adapters off ebay. these will still be an option obviously?
They should still fit with the right engine positioning and adapters. I'll get you some measurements for verification.
wtfan18, If you lay a straight edge or ruler across the front of the passenger side head to the front upper control arm bushing and it hit's the rubber or is withing 1/8" either direction you'll be fine.

im working on it! lol its the weather dammit we keep getting snow up here!!! the motor will be all back together this weekend and ready to be thrown in. i have all the parts for the tranny besides the bolts. and need to bleed the slave. but i need to por15 my frame before any of that and it has a temperature requirement!!! its killing me!!!
