it pops right in... hardest part is getting to the bottom bolt of the two on the waterneck. But yeah, just pull out the old one and push in the new one.

you dont need a tune for a 160 tsat do you. I didnt think you did.
If you have electric fans, you can make them turn on soner so it keeps temps lower. I run at about 190 with the 160tstat. but I have a clutch fan. I think that also you can run more timing if your engine runs cooler. Could be wrong though.
