I'll keep that in mind. Right now it's the wrong time of year to be buying stuff for myself. I'll have to wait a few months.
is there such a thing as these beeing to much for youre application,are they adaptable to dbw?and what mm would work good on my setup ?i tried 1 of bbks 78mm and all i kept getting with 2 of them was reduced engine power.so i sent em back .couldnt getem to run on my damn truck ,is this a common problem with dbw.how would you guess what size would be to big ,how do you reference it ?seems like alot to jet a carb and it be wrong size.dont know just wondering id like a nice setup,like these.
It all depends on your mods. Yes, you can have too much. Boosted applications seem to work well with larger TB's though.
Boosted by SC needs the bigger TB. By turbo its not quite as important, it gets forced through the smaller TBs.
It is really important for the maggie guys, since it draws through the TB first.Quote:
