Absolutely dumbfounded. :eek: I am with Moze on this--I cannot believe Red just asked US a question. :nutz: Haha! I know the answer!!! I think.... :laugh: Yes, most of the fluid is still hung up inside everything...lines, TC, housing, etc. I was told that you should get about 4-5 quarts out when you drain, but there will be roughly 7 quarts suspended in the system. I am not sure how they flush it out (with pressurized air?) but it can be done. I was also told that you should get 1-2 quarts to dump into it with the plug still pulled so it will drain down and pick up some of the old dirty stuff. I guess you could go ask the local Jiffy Lube shop how they get most of it out... :smile:
