it's a long story, but in a nut shell. basically he cant find out why the trans is going out, so he has resorted to saying that i am abusing the trans.Quote:

all it regulates is the pressure. correct?
so he is repairing it for the last time, at least this is what he is telling me. with 2.89 years and 46,000 miles left on the warranty.
he has told me that if he cant build me a trans that i cant break nobody in this town can :bs:
The pump just spins from the converter...no way you can abuse it unless you pull it from the trans and stomp on it. I can't believe that you are STILL going through these problems.Quote:

I say fuk them and cut your losses...then seem them in court. Hit up that Houston place Century or if you are daring to drive to JAG Perfomance that may be a viable option.
