He must have thought he was in the Car Of Tomorrow, with the bigger "greenhouse" and passed out on those greenhouse gases we all hear about. That might happen after a dinner of boiled cabbage and sausage.

Fell asleep, woke up just as he was at the apex of a turn, overcorrected, hit a pole, rolled the vehicle, crawled from the wreckage with just minor scratches, and walked home ~1mile. Hmmmm, I am not an accident scene investigator, but 2+2=-13 here. It doesn't add up--or even come close. We all know what happened... He's not an angel...and neither are we--cause we (ok, some of us) have been there too... And I am not naming anyone...Quote:

Sucks for him, any thoughts or comments?

when it rains it pours sometimes.
Maybe if he was driving a Chevy Tahoe instead of that toyota he would of made the corner (sideways).

No doubt about that. Micheals somewhere around 6'6" tall and after compressing that windshield down he would have had to climb out the back window.
yeah that and the curtain airbags. hes lucky to be alive after looking at that. crazy how he woke up crashed then decided to crawl out and walk a mile home, never once thinking of reporting an accident. hell id be scared i was hurt and at least call for an ambulance just in case. :nutz:
Wow that is amazing....does Toyota as a sponsor give their drivers Toyotas to drive or what? I actually came up on an overturned early 90s chevy truck one night and stopped to help and the guy had crawled out from the crushed cab and was trying to walk to his house about a 1/2 mile down the road. DPS showed up and they got the guy and he was completely drunk. Pretty eerie coming up on a truck crushed with dim lights shining across the road. I don't feel bad for Michael Waltrip though. He is lucky to be alive and lucky he didn't get more tickets than he did.

What was also scary is that 3 county mounties, a state cop, and several town cops came out of the woodwork and were there within 5 min of me calling 911!
