I would think it&#39;s cool that my g/f is interested in my truck&#39;s mods. :thumb: I&#39;ve had several g/f&#39;s that could give a rat&#39;s butt about truck mods... :thumbdown: I would like to have "truck talk" with my g/f every now and then, but then again, that is what guys are for... I&#39;m not saying a wife or g/f can&#39;t be on here, just as long as they don&#39;t start talking about what shoes they just got or about the latest Hollywood gossip..lol. :smile:

I&#39;ve gotta say she&#39;s been pretty awesome. I&#39;ve dumped a lot into it in the past year and she&#39;s been pretty cool about it. There&#39;s times when I gotta chill for a while and shut up about it, but I can only do that for so long. :laugh:

The truth is I need "a thing". It used to be hiking. I used to go on a lot of hikes and stuff, but Dallas doesn&#39;t exactly accommodate that. So my "thing" has been my truck. I like my "thing". :smile:

She does pretty good. She can tell you what headers are, what a converter is, what the tune does, etc. I learned her good. :thumb:

That is really funny. My wife is in to diamonds and has no idea how much I have really spent on my truck. I just wish I could get horsepower as cheap as I can get diamonds. I bet she has a total of 10 cts on her right now. 9 stones total.

ahaha just like my wife, she gave me shit for the first couple of years then figured she couldn&#39;t get me away from it, so now she leaves me alone as long as she gets her toys as well.

Yeah, my other half has been dying for me to get her an OBS Chevy truck and now that she has a new NBS truck she&#39;s decided she wants me to make little changes to it here and there. Things like some custom wheels, a Magnaflow muffler and 2" rear hangers to start. She&#39;s also wanting a spray in bedliner but I can&#39;t convince her that doesn&#39;t improve fuel mileage, performance or curb appeal. :laugh:

I can&#39;t complane my wife tries to learn about it so she knows what I&#39;m talking about. As long as the bills are paid and food&#39;s on the table she&#39;s ok with me spending money on this expensive hobby.
