Looks good. Now you need to lower it.

so i finally got some new TYC oem headlights in. I think i might end up going with the crystal clear ones later. but i def like these better than the smoked ones that came with the truck. also got the cooling system hooked up. just waiting on my efans and i have to hook up the ls coolant temp sensor. truck still having issues with the trans but other than that it idles nicely and runs strong...in 1st gear lol

i also have an issue with the dash lights...anyone help me with this? all the bulbs have been replaced and all the exterior lights work on the truck now.

whats the issue? Your pic is all blurry. They arent working? Or too dim?
The hi beam indicator is stays on until I turn the high beams on. It's like if the left turn signal and hi beam wires were switched
did you plug in the plugs that go through the firewall on the passenger side, by the a/c stuff?
my dash lights were weird until i plugged those in. my left blinker indicator would just stay on & i think my high beam light was on also.
You kno what they are unplugged right now. I'll plug.em up later and ill see what happens
new CAI installed...

fit perfectly! just gotta change out the ugly blue couplers for red or black ones. i fired it up today and got the tach working...just gotta hook up the efans and get the exhaust ran. and shes done! finally....geez it only took 39 pages lol
did you have to put in any type of resistor for the tach? if so, what did you use?
i used a 680 ohm 1k resistor. works perfectly now.
yea mine wasnt working at all. now it works perfectly.

so after talking with Redheartbeat he help me diagnose my trans issue. the 2-3 solenoid was either blown or not getting any power. so i dropped the pan today and bench tested the solenoid. it was good. checked the wiring and there was a break somewhere. after going through the entire harness i find this!
kinda hard to see the the blk/yel wire is disconected. i hooked it back up and voila! we have power! so i figure now i dropped the pan ill change the filter and fluid. also clean up the pan.

sweetness! getting closer to making that trip to GA!
Great to hear the trans got fixed man!
Man what a pain! Hate problems like that when its something so simple.
Glad to hear you got it fixed. A little diagnostics will do you good.
Green PCM connector Pin 9 is a dark green wire with a white stripe, it triggers the relay for the fuel pump. It supplies power to the relay.
made a video! :)

Don't blow it up before you get to Georgia!
"They speed limit over here is 35...but who cares" :point:
i gotta find a back road to have some fun on. i went to cvs later on and got pulled over. luckily for me the cop was cool. he asked me why i was driving so fast and i told hm i just put a new engine in. explained to him a little what i did and he just happens to own a 95 blazer lol. he checked out under the hood and everything. lol chevy runs deep!
Bad pcm? Checking wrong pin output? It only supplies power while the engine is running and for two seconds when you first turn the key on.
