Man, I hear you on the header nightmare. Wait until you try to buy the A/C parts mounts and brackets they make. OUCH!!

As for the oil pressure sender, the stock one's coming off (even though I just bought it). The one-wire connector may get cut & spliced to connect to an aftermarket sender that I have. I'll make the connections removeable (just in case this has to go back stock in the future). Just spent a few more dollars. Can't wait for shipment to arrive. Getting so close, but money is the limiting factor.
Anyone care to donate to my exhaust setup fund? Guess not, huh.... :flipoff: J/K
Left the stock OP connector in tact. Just ran a seperate wire for OP & temp senders. Proud to say they work. OP is steady (@ idle) @ just under 50. Water temp only made it to 150* @ idle (with a goose, or two, or three).
The next time I drive it, it'll be on the way to the exhaust shop. Hopefully, that'll be soon.
Thought I'd post an update...

May have a vid clip later... That is all... :thumb:
Can you show a picture of the drivers side where you hooked it up to the manifold? Did you have to notch the frame any to get the exhaust to clear? Did you use 2.5 pipe, and does it sound pretty good with the magnaflows? I was putting flowmasters on mine and was curious on getting the pipe to clear on the drivers side. Thanks
I used an f-body manifold for the driver's side. The f-body manifolds hug the block a little tighter than the truck manifolds. I only notched the passenger's side in order to used the truck manifold. The f-body manifold would've been too far inward, and would've interfered with the stock truck trans lines.

Thanks for the pictures. I have been following all of your posts and you have helped me out a lot on my truck. Thanks again!
Not a problem! That's one of the reasons site's here for. I've said it before... if I can help someone not run into walls like the few I have, it's worth it!
Where are you with your project?
Ihave it in and running. Need exhaust. Trying to figure out the wiring for the cruise and air while the money tree is growing for the exhaust. Also need to figure out the plumbing for the air. Thanks again, Danny
