truck ran perfect :spit: needless to say i never got a full pass had to keep getting out of it at the 1/8th and coast everytime maybe by next year ill get the tune figured out
on a plus side a big diesel f250 was screwin with us on the way to eat, it ran really good and musta had some aftermarket mods but, didnt run good enough :naughty: i was slowly pulling on motor but reached over and hit the 1st stage an he went bye bye :D

ran my best motor pass 11.9 at 112mph on a 1.67 60ft but could not hook on nos.
best nos pass from 2nd gear(activate)was 11.3 at 123.45 on a 1.807 60ft
It was a good time this year ! not a huge turn out but thats alright... it was a good meet.......... I broke the trans last night testing and almost didnt make the 3 hour pull to race ... But I slept on it and make the pull and loaded a Tune with No 2nd Gear and having to Pedal it every pass.. trans is toasted but every pass was over 130+mph and slowest was 11.06? I won the quick 8 shootout when TurboMic went red at the lights ... We could almost overlay our timeslips most of the day it should have been a hell of a race ... I was waiting on him to turn on the bottom light and as soon as he did he rolled threw and took off ... Next i am going to fix the Trans and go to Houston and see my buddy Flaco for our Race btw the was the truck that went 9.91

Today was a pretty good day. One the first run I did the burnout and the tach and speedo started going crazy. WTF.. Didnt run worth a crap. Next couple runs I turned on the first stage and the truck was fallin on it face. We checked the log and noticed that it was barely making 12volts. Stupid alternator. Thanks Ricky!!! He was nice enough to swap alternators with me for a run or two. So I lined up and everthing was night and day difference. Cut a 1.63 60ft and then the bottle ran out at the 1/8th. Dang it. It ran a 10.70 at 130mph with no top end. Still only the first stage. Pretty much done for the day. Swapped alts back with Ricky so he could go make a couple more runs. I think the truck will do a 10.3/10.4 with a full bottle on the first stage close to 140mph. Who nows what the second stage will add to it. But i gaurantee it will have a High output alternator on it soon. Had a great time and nice seeing everyone again. Good run Stew....

Note to self, never go to track without memorizing window switch settings or bringing a copy of instructions. Couldn't get my nitrous to come on all day. Jacked with the window switch rpm settings prior to my first pass and fat fingered one of the other settings. Now that Im home I realized that the one I thought was off was the gear lock out setting. Rookie :sigh:
That being said I had a blast both Friday at Nelson's and today at the track. Great to put some names to faces finally. Cant wait for next year.

Everyone was running real good from what i saw. Really liked that orange c10 it was running good at the track.
And david(ducky) was running consitant all day, should have entered the bracket race buddy!
Awesome to watch that Xtended Cab Red Truck go 10's...congrats.
BTW, that antilag system, or warever Lilsis was using on the launch was out of this world......
Always heard that in the subbies and Evos, but never on a fast as hell truck!
that was a 2-step ;) truck was running hard yesterday.
it was a great turnout but like mentioned not as many as last year, there was hardly anyone from the RGV, which they made up a big number last year... but it was still well worth it going down there.... alot of impressive trucks...

that colorado got there 15mins before the track closed i saw it when it was coming down the trailer, and was its first run.... read up on the boards, it has alot more than what most can handle... but a win is a win!
