I am just curious what you guys think is best. I am going to Nelson Performance this week to get my truck tuned and wanted to know which would be better a dyno tune or a street tune. Thanks.

Depends on if you want to race on the street or on a dyno. What matters most is how it goes down the street or track. Dyno measurements are great if you can't get to the track.

What Red said .
Dynos are tools , Dyno first then street tune to fine tune .

Even if you do a dyno tune you still need a street tune. The dyno can measure some important points, but you still need the driveability that only a street tune can give. Mine has always been tuned by Allen on the street. I've had it on the dyno a few times, but the street tune is the best. Even Allen likes this kind of tuning best.
I have been wondering this same question myself. I was planning on getting Nelson to tune my truck, as San Antonio is only 30 mins away and I have heard alot of good things about Nelson. Im sure I need a re-tune after putting on these longtubes. Do you have to make an appointment for something like this? Wont be for a couple of weeks as I am out of town for work.
Yeah, call him for an appointment. He's a very busy guy at times.
