Speed limiter

is there a way i can take off the speed governor with out the programmer for a 99 silverado 5.3ltr?

i would go with a custom tune rather than getting a programmer too.... Nelson tunes are what most people are running on this site

custom tune if you're wanting to spend the kind of money you would on a programmer.
