first kill in the LQ9...

well I went to go see my friend street race, he has a 5.3 extended cab.. his best is a 14.0, but me and him would street race before and from a 20 punch he would stay at my rear tire all the way to 120mph.. that was with my 5.3 and me running a best of 13.2

well he raced a 1990 model mustang gt 5speed with a cam, this mustang sounds real sick, the mustang has never gone to the track so he does not know what it runs, well I was right behind them witnessing the race so, so they honk 3x and off they go, I decided to floor mine just to see if I could probably catch up, well to my surprise I went flying right be them like nothing and by 120mph I had a good 4-5 in front of them... it totally surprised the shit out of me and out of them.... they raced twice and me being behind them everything time and I would literally just fly by them..!!! damn I cat wait till friday, me and my friend made a bet that, I told him I dont think it would run less than a 12.8 n/a, he said it will run faster than a 12.8, I guess we'll find out on friday... by the way on both races my friend would pull on the mustang, the mustang would stay at his rear tire...

I'd like to see what it runs. 13.2 sounds pretty good for an ECSB truck with the 5.3!

I dont really want to keep my hopes up or nothing but my LQ9 on motor feels like it pulls just like my 5.3 on nitrous!! but I seriously doubt I get a 12.5 n/a on the LQ9...

the LQ9 is in now, the 5.3 is just a LEGEND now... :cool:

go ahead and get that title, there is no doubt that someone else can get it, especially in this weather, I wish I would of waited a few more weeks to see if I could of gotten that 12.9 or 13.0 in my 5.3, I pretty sure it would of had it with some good weather...

no it had a 220 114lsa, very good on drivability...
