Another turbo truck on the road

One more truck on the road.
'05 Chevy ext cab, 5.3, STS. We made a custom intercooler set up for it and we tuned this one.
Truck made 213/235 stock. With the turbo, it made 351/398 at 6.5psi; a gain of 138rwhp and 163rwtq.
Even with the 22's, if you nail it and it downshifts to 1st, it will break them loose bad. Hell of alot of fun.

your work is turning me onto a turbo setup.. for a future reference, what cam should i be looking at purchasing for one of your turbo installs on an '06 5.3 ecsb w/ 20's?

We have tried several, and I always seem to lean toward a mid 220's on a 115. We did a reverse split 226/220 on a 115 and the car is VERY responsive.
We just installed a 224/228 114 cam in a 408. We wont know hp #'s since its awd, but we can let you know what the ass meter says.

228/228 .588 .588 115 or you can be less aggressive and do a little smaller; 220/218 .570's 115

I dont remember the number&#036; but try 376hp on a stock LQ4 with 10psi intercooled. This was on a bone stock 2000 model LQ4 iron head with 42lb injectors.

I would think the exact set up on a 6.0 and same boost would get you around 400rwhp.

my lq4 was 385 and 425 on 5 psi.....
