Check your wiring. It sounds like you cut a wire and it's grounding the injectors out at all times. The injectors have 12v supplied to them from the ignition switch and depend upon a ground to power the unit. If you cut the ground wire you end up with fuel flowing all the time. Funny thing is that they fire one at a time instead of all 8 at once. The only other thing I can think of is that your fuel pressure regulator has failed and now the injectors are getting about 80lbs of fuel pressure and bleeding the fuel out the injector..

changed regulator and checked all the wiring and everything looks good in the wiring still does the same thing the plugs get wet right away changing plugs now to see whats up
-
Hve you checked the fuel pressure?
-
dont have the fuel pressure meter
-
I dont know wtf is going on, the truck runs without the fuel pump as long I dont step on the gas. With the engine running the I connect the fuel pump and the engine dies instantly.

You may have a bad PCM. The injector drivers in the PCM could be shorted out. If you have a test light, connect one end to 12v and then touch the lead in the injector connector to see if it lights up. The lead you should test is the one that is not pink. Turn the ignition switch on with the fuel pump power lead disconnected and then probe the fuel injector leads. None of the leads should show ground by illuminating the test light. If this test shows no grounds, your injectors could just be stuck open.

I already did that and the light doesn't come on

Sounds like a either excessive fuel pressure or stuck open injectors. All eight at once is hard to believe though.
