i been lookin at rearends for my race car (87 camaro), and im lookin for somethin that can stand up to about 400 horses, maybe more (supercharger later on) anybody know a car with a rearend i could get that would bolt up and i could get for a decent price? Ive looked at ls1 rearends, but the junkyards usually want too much, though i have heard they bolt up without any mods...
p.s. didnt see any of you guys at the track this past friday...
Your stock rearend should hold up just fine for 400 HP with good quality gears and an LSD.
well i figured by the time i buy the gears and lsd i might as well buy the rear end....no? also, i think ill have to replace the driveshaft...it looks really skinny to me. True?

I've got one 4 sale. Don't know what gears are in it, but it's out of a '98 TA. It's got a posi and disc brakes on it.
how much you want for it? i think that has the 3.42s if it was an automatic....
