I AM LOOKING TO BUY A COWL HOOD IN THE NEXT TWO WEEKS. I WANT A STEEL HOOD BUT NOT SURE WHAT BRAND TO GET. I HEARD THAT THE GOODMARK DOES NOT LINE UP AS WELL AS THE REFLEXXION. IF ANYONE HAS PICS OR KNOWLEDGE IT WOULD HELP. THANKS

Go with the Reflexxion, it turns out much smoother with less work... Ow yea, we sell both too...
that's a cool hood, my bro in law is getting one for his s-10.

i like the goodmarks better it looks like a vette hood on roids
If thats the hood I'm thinking of, then it's not functional. Looks cool but you might want to ask questions before you spend $400... :duh:
the goodmark hoods actually have an opening.. i guess they are not "ram-air" functional, but they do have a cowl induction.. and a cowl grill..
it vents heat out when idling in traffic, and it supposivly creates some sort of low pressure near the window and draws air in the hood when rolling.
So that style ramair/ cowl is worth the money, I mean i know it not a functional ram air but it has the cowl benifits, plus every one in houston has the plain cowl hood, i figure it would give me a different look, an set me apart?
i have a reflextions hood. body shop it was one of the best they've ever put on. the did not have to do any body work
i am not sure about the ram air hood if it actually has an opening or not, but i know the cowl induction type has the opening.
