[color=#3333FF]Hi! Finally am glad to see a website for LS1 truck enthusiasts. I own a 2002 chevy Avalanche Z66 with a 5.3. So far all it has is a super 40 series flowmaster duals side out. I am working on a 6.0l lq4 i picked up so i will be asking a lot of questions. Later!!!!!!!!
WELCOME! :cool: Me and a friend are in the process of switching his 4.3 to an LQ4. We already have the V6 out and are trying to fugure out the motor mounts. We can prob give each other advice. Welcome, JLZ. You've got an easy swap coming your way. All you need is your PCM reprogrammed for the 6.0 and you'll be good to go. All you have to do is remove and replace parts for parts. There is nothing difficult about your swap unless you get an early model 6.0 with the thicker cranshaft flange.
