Used? Condition? New filter and pan gasket included or just the pan?

I bolted it to the tranny but never used it so everything is new. Filter, gasket and bolts are included.

My truck has a 3in y pipe that ran to close(actually right on it). At first I didnt want to cut the pipe up to run it a different way so I just put the truck pan on it. Ended up changing the exhaust anyway but im to lazy to pull it back off,lol.
