well i have been hearing about these free mods but dont know how to do them
i want to put headers on is and true duals out the back not sure what muffler yet . i am looking into the ls1 edit as well the truck is nothing special just tinted windows and amber day lights so far. i just wanna make it a lil stronger not lookin to go in the 13s even. eventually i do want to rebuild the motor hot but not till its worn out. and i might put lil a 50 shot on it just to play with

I have been here a while and I still have a pretty much bone stock silverado :sad: . But, that doesn't keep me from dreaming and planning. I bet the more you delve into the site, you will probably want to buy an LS1 instead putting money into your current motor. But what ever you plan to do your always welcome here.

well can anyone tell me about the coolant bypass and descreening the maf ---how do you do it???--- do you just cut the screen out or does it come out and does it help that much?? im grateful for any help

whats up, welcome :wave: i have descreened the maf. but rescreened it because i couldnt drive with out worrying about it. plus i didnt notice any diffrence in performance doing it. also it throws a ses code for some people
look here, it tells you about the free mods. just becareful if you do the egr mod. dont cut off to much. just cut it at the ridge and thats all, make sure you have it seat right to, or your truck will run like sh!$.
