what is the best way to decrease down time doing a GenIII swap into an OBS RCSB?
Have all your parts ready to install. Chasing down parts mid-swap sucks. Reading past posts should give you an idea of all the parts and pieces you'll need. A good harness and pre-programmed PCM will help a whole lot since you won't have to figure out the wiring.
hey RED what did you use for upper and lower radiator hoses?
I used the hoses for a 1 ton truck with a 6.0L. The lower hose was a perfect fit. I actually mounted the upper hose backwards from stock to work with the LS1 water pump.
did you use your stock radiator
I have the 34" radiator and 2005 Silverado electric fans from G&R salvage in OKC.

What would be a good wiring harness?
Allen's harness is very neat and clean and the price is hard to beat.
So an Nelson performance Harness, so wha should be done as far as PCM?
