alright, i bought a 96 s-10 ext cab z-r2 from my brother in law, he blew up the engine and i bought it from him with intentions of replacing the short block and making a daily driver out of it. where is a good place to get a used or new short block at a reasonable price? the engine is a 4.3 vortec multi port f.i. thanks in advance :cool:
Those ought to be really simple to find. Someone here on the board probably has one he removed from his truck if they haven't hauled it the the scrap yard yet.
yeah, i was hopin one of these v-6 to v-8 guys had one, or maybe ill just stick a gen 3 v-8 in it. :smile:
