tranny help

i just had to have my tranny rebuilt again and now that its back in it all of a sudden is poping up a the code p1336 something about the crankshaft sensor and going to have that looked at by a pro, but now when u put the tranny in reverse it kills the motor , can be giveing it gas, no gas , foot on the brake or foot off the brake, could this be caused by whats poping the code or could it be something else,

The code is a crankshaft relearn, it's more than likely unrelated to the truck stalling.
Can you keep the engine running when you put it in reverse by giving it more gas?

unfortentallyu no i cant, no matter what i try it stalls out, i was looking though past posts and was wandering if it could maybe have somthing to do with the nutral saftly/gear selector switch , could it have gone bad/be going bad, or with the slots that are in it where that bolts attach it to the tranny could it maybe not be lined up right ?

ok i was out messing around with it tongiht to try to see exactally what was going on with it, make sure i had all the descriptions right on here , i can get it into reverse and only once in awhile will it stall out, but will stay running, but then when i touch the gas will it stall out, and when it does stall out , its like it surges then stalls out, what would cause it that it only happends in reverse and not in drive ? i had the pcm tuned by allen could something have not gone in right on it and that the cause of it,
