I was thinking about what to do with my silverados drive train once I drop in a 408 and a 4l80 in it and I got a good Idea me thinks :duh: I swapped a 305 into a S-10 before, was easy, is droppin a 5.3 considerably harder? Do have to notch The Frame? Do I need a Diffent oilpan? I have a complete drivetrain from my 00 Silverado ready to go in the S-10, do I have to use a diffent pully setup for hood clearance and whatnot? is there a Thread that Explains this here That I havent seen yet, If So can someone post a link to it?
