Ok after getting new descent tires I got some high speed runs and once
again I got a vib in the truck, really seems to be in the tunnel around 90-95mph
and I stayed in it a bit longer and at 105-110 it set off a ABS / BRAKE light
and the DIC said "service brake system" and the speedo spazzed and guess
the speed sensor freaked out from the vibs and caused the system to
think it was a brake problem.
So I can only assume the DS needs balanced for high speeds, but how do you
tell GM or describe to GM so they don't come back with BS.

Sounds like you have removed the speed limiter? If that is a one piece driveshaft you may be getting close to the limits of that unit. Mine exploded on the dyno at 110 MPH.

It's a very large diameter Alum one piece and yes I have upped the
limiter as well as several other things.
My one piece alum on the fbody has no problems over 150 , I guess the
truck DS is alot longer and twice as fat.
