4L80 swap problems

I repowered my 2005 suburban with a built up 6.0L and installed a 4L80e. Reused the harness an Neutral Switch as well. Once everything installed I fired the unit up no problem. I purchased a tune from “Mail order Tune” to get me started and when I installed the new tune I am in a no crank situation. The tuner swears nothing in his tune would be the issue yet when I put my original tune back in, it will crank and start. Any advise of which direction to look would be greatly appreciated. I would also like to add when I use my HP scanner it shows the transmission in D2
