1990 cruise control

Hello everybody. My second post here on the site.

I have a 1990 C1500 that plan on doing a 5.3 swap into. The engine/trans part is a no brainer but the wiring part has me concerned.

I haven't decided if I will use the stock 700R4 (4L60) or swap in a "E"" trans.

I have the gauges figured out except the speedo if I go with an "E" trans and the cruise control. Has anybody configured the cruise on a 1990 to work?

PS. Keeping the original a/C as I just installed a new pump. Any issues with making the A/C work with the swap? thanks again!
