doing a rebuild and a swap on a old 5.3 truck. have a new block going in the truck with some regular 243 heads going on them (going to rebuild the heads for the cam going in the truck ) but question is, i have a 6.2 crank and rods lying around and from different forums the 6.2 crank and rods will work with the 5.3 wondering if anyone else has ever done this or if its even worth my time to do?
