2012 Sierra 4.8 bolt ons? Or swap to 6.0?

Hi all. Got a 4.8 with 3.23 gears, tows like crap! Gears down on 5% grade with just me in the truck! Ive grown attached to her so buying a different truck is not an option. Had her since new. Only 100kms or 60k miles. Always used synthetic, so she still runs like new. I’m looking for a more fun daily driver, and better towing.
I’m considering 4.10s, CAI, headers, dual exhaust, cam and a custom tune. Or, a same generation 6.0 along with the 4.10s. Please chime in on expected bolt on hp & torque from bolt ons or opinions on which direction to go!! Im having sleepless nites trying to decide! Thanx in advance guys....
