An old guy, an old truck, looking for new ideas

I fell into this by accident. I have owned my 1990 K1500 WT for 6 years. I needed something to get me back and forth to work during the winters. I lived in a rural area so the miles went up 60 a day. I bought it for a couple reasons. The 4WD works great in the snow. The V6/5-speed MT provides decent mileage. The 8ft bed helped haul things around. Plus, I replaced rear bumper and added a hitch to pull things, like my boat! It always ran good, but looked like a POS, ha! I didn’t care.

And then one day... I dismantled the whole truck, well, as much as the HOAwould approve; which ain't much:argg: Starting buying up parts...some good; some not so good, LOL! I've taken some wrong turns along the way as I am learning. My passion is what keeps me going and one day I will move on
