power to gauges after swap but no gauges

Swapped a 5.3 into a 2000 silverado with nv3500. Had wiring harness spliced and ecm flashed. Had to swap column out as well. Column that came out had no cruise, one i put in has cruise switches. So i did all this and truck runs drives everything just no gauges are working at all. Cluster is good tried it in another tru k. Checked all grounds, fuses, and plugs. Ive been chasing things for week to figure it out. Could it be the column? Or any other ideas what it may be? Thanks in advance.
