Need more info on the truck, cam, amount of boost, fuel meth ect..? and what's a 6.0 ls1?
the engine is probably making high 290'shp to the wheel.
it'll easily make 550+ to 625hp to the wheel on 12-14psi.
Add your drivetrain loss to that and there you go.
that's just generally speaking, too many variables to determine.
plenty of power.
