4.8l into my 99 2 door 2 wd Tahoe

Started gathering parts for my swap early next year.
Got a 4.8 out of an 06 with 80k miles for $280. It was swapped out for a 6.0.
Did the Lextech 0411 PCM swap already.
Tahoe has 245,000 miles and counting. Runs good but i know its tired. It is my daily at this time but will be getting me a diesel truck next year.

This is my old project that i sold and should have never sold, but we all have one of those. This one got a carbed 6.0 with a 5 speed behind it.

If anybody has some parts they want to get rid of let me know.

List of what i have so far:
Engine
Flex plate and spacer
Harness is sorted
Fuel hoses (stock lines to an fittings to ls intake)
Y pipe

What I need:
Engine swap Mounts
Headers
Accessory brackets
E-Fans
A stock harness so i can rob the wires i need (maybe somebody has a cut up harness they can let go)
Coil packs with bolts


I know ill be adding to the list as time goes.

Got the swap mounts and fuel fittings in the mail last week.
Still need accessory brackets if anybody has some let me know

looking forward to seeing the progress. im going through the same "progress" right now.

I found Coils, PS Bracket with the pump, MAF, valve covers and got a harness coming.
I'm really contemplating adding a cam while its out. I may or may not.
Will be ordering the headers next month some time.
Guy i know said that the Shoenfeld swap headers wont fit my 2 dr tahoe. Says the frame is thicker. I have only swapped into a truck, but should be the same.
Any truth to that?
