moving up from 16's to taller wheels on '92

I'm looking to move up to a taller wheel size that, when combined with the tire will be roughly the same height/width/offset as my current LT285/75/R16s on my LS powered 92 4X4, no lift kit but with front-end level kit. I'm doing this to improve handling at highway speeds. But still get through a crappy Indiana snowstorm.

Any ideas, are there any conversion charts available? I would like to go with at least 18's, maybe bigger(?) And what tire size?

If nothing else, I could swap tire/wheel in the winter like I used to do on my cars when I was a kid lol. And use street tires in the summer. BTW, they are 6-lug wheels.

285/70/17= 32.7x11.2
285/65/18= 32.6x11.2
285/55/20= 32.3x11.2

As far as charts, some tire manufactures like Falken will give u a chart that tells u the diameter of ur tire and acceptable rim width. That tire is a 33x11 16". 305/60R18 is a nice size tire 33x12.5 18". Same diameter just a little wider. most of the 18" wheels out there for ur truck in 18" come in 9" widths. Just do a search for 18x9 6X5.5 with a 0 or -12 offset. There's lots of combo deals on the web.
