Have a question on fit, i have a 2000 1500, dont care for the crapy stock fog lamps, if i swap to a 02 HD grill? Can i do an 04 bumper with the better fog lamp? Just looking at picks from both trucks looks like it will work. Any one tried this already?
I got a Z71 lower valence that I need to bolt up to my 2004 Tahoe. The Z71 Tahoes from 2000-2006 kept that 99-02 Silverado front end. Its a direct bolt on and then you'll have round fogs. That's probably the easiest route instead of a total front clip change. The bumper won't just swap with out some major work.
Thats what i was concerned about, i have to change my bumper anyway thanks to a deer. But was concerned how much was involved by swapping or if it will evan work, looks good on paper but who knows lol
